The food was very tasty. We were served by the same waiter throughout the evening so that he could "guide" us through our dishes and always had the right drink tip ready. Due to the large beer selection, this was also necessary. Gladly again.

Many tables cannot be occupied because of the minimum distance. You get a table for lunch. You should definitely order in advance for the evening. Tables are reserved twice in the evening. The service is friendly and quick. The food tastes great. And Stralsund beer is the best you can get anyway.

Everything was great all around, very attentive and nice staff, delicious food, the menu has been creatively designed with lots of suggestions and attention to detail. The interior invites you to linger and the chairs are great. Lovely again.

Second visit and not disappointed. The quality of the food and drinks is super good. That's why a short menu but longer for excellent beers and other well-selected drinks. The service is very hard working and attentive even in the full restaurant. We recommend. The half-timbered location is very cozy and modern at the same time. We would love to come back. 💯%

There is barrier-free access. I don't know whether the toilets are barrier-free. The food was very tasty. The ambience was really good too. Unfortunately, the staff was very inattentive and we had several contacts and no one felt responsible for us. So in the meantime we had nothing to drink and we had to draw attention to ourselves that we would like another dessert. There are different types of beer to try as well as modern, home-style cuisine.

A very good and, above all, rustic restaurant that you should visit! Food is very good; Prices are a bit above average, the waiters are very, very friendly and attentive. I can only recommend it!

Always very happy! Great service, which has so far been able to fulfill every wish, was friendly and polite and gives every guest the feeling of being the guest of the day. Perfect kitchen, where there is nothing to complain about, fresh goods are used and the wishes of the guests are also implemented here. The excellent implementation of the hygienic requirements is also particularly recommended, so that you feel safe and contribute to feeling like the guest of the day again.

Very quaint restaurant. Nice staff, had ordered pork knuckle, it was very tasty and really crispy. But be careful, it was a 1.2 kg knuckle. Didn't make it🤣.

Great house. Delicious meal. Very cozy. But a big 🍺 beer for € 4.80 ??? Incredible. You sit right at the brewery and then so exorbitant prices. And it's not more than a brewery on a main road. Even if the wheat beer tastes good, the price is not reasonable.

Very nice staff, food also very good - we both had the burger. There is always a soup of the day and a freshly caught fish. The beer menu also leaves nothing to be desired. I tried to reserve a table several times a day (business hours: 12:00 - 23:00), unfortunately nobody answered the phone there. When we wanted a table on site, we were advised to reserve a table. Explained to her that we had tried it several times but nobody answered. Then we got the answer that it was the weekend and that we would have been unlucky. You probably wouldn't have had time to answer the phone. So we were then allowed to leave the shop.

Authentic decoration, amazing beer and delicious vegan burgers! I had the Jackfruit BBQ burger (with catchup instead of mayo) with sweet potato fries and the delicious Störtebeker Baltik-Lager beer. Friendly service, cozy place.

Popped in without a reservation, very well advised and catered for, great food and drink, very nice and helpful, corona rules complied with, very good value for money. After 2 days a visit to the "Alten Fritz" - the same result: friendly, competent, fast, tasty. Clear recommendation from us.

Very tasty food and friendly staff. The children loved the playhouse in the beer garden. Beer tasting also very tasty. Of course we took something from the drinks shop.

Whoever eats here can expect upscale brewery restaurant cuisine. Ready-made schnitzel and fries are at least not on the menu here. Everything is freshly prepared. There is also a great play area for children both indoors and outdoors, which made visiting the restaurant very relaxed for us adults. The children's menus on offer also do not fall under the “convenience food” category. The beer is unbeatable anyway and the service was very friendly.

Great restaurant! The atmosphere inside is really nice, you can also sit outside in the beer garden. The waitresses are nice, if there is more going on you have to wait a little longer, but that is perfectly fine. Because the food is amazing and the beer is amazing !!! The selection of dishes is great, the drinks menu is well stocked. Always worth a visit, we'll be back!

Really good experience here, highly recommend for internationals wanting to try the German cuisine. I've been to Germany many times and I was really impressed, not just by the food but also by the service. Our waiter, Tobias, (I hope that's how you write it) was extremely helpful and kind. He spent time explaining the menu for us in English and also helped us organise a taxi home when we had some problems with our car. Excellent service and a really nice guy.

We tried different drinks and foods and are totally happy with this place. Service is great and everything tastes delicious. The Störtebeker beers are great and even the cocktals with beer were very good. It's a little pricy but worth the money.

Loved it, great selection of food with good beers to go with it. Friendly staff. Safe and fun playing area for (young) children inside and outside. Good toilets, stylish interior.

Class. 👌👍Simple only class. The food and beer were great. I got the best pork knuckle I have ever had. The rind was super crunchy and the meat was wonderfully tender, juicy and spicy. On the next vacation it is a must to eat there again.

We were spontaneous and without reservation to guest. But getting a table was not a problem. The atmosphere and the structure of the restaurant was very pleasant and nice. So I imagine a restaurant, right next to a brewery. The food was delicious, tasted to be fresh and cooked to the point. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definately return in a timely manner. :)

Great food and fantastic beer

We visited a few times the last months and were never disappointed. We actually managed to easily find some different dish every time. And each was delicious. The craft beer is great. If you like hop accentuated beer, the Atlantic Ale or the Arctic Ale will be your thing.
